We hope you find our Website and Online Store easy to use. Please let us know if you encounter any problems.
We take online security very seriously which is why we are working with two leading professional internet companies: Freecom, who have designed and now host the site (www.freecom.net) and Protx who handle the online transactions using industry standard encryption techniques (www.protx.com).

How do I order from Lily Blue?
We hope we have made ordering as easy as possible.
You have three options:
We will take an order over the phone and let you know when you can expect to receive the item, or when it will be ready for you to collect.

Please do not include any confidential information (such as your credit card details) in your email.
We will call you back and process the booking over the phone, as above.
3. Use our online ordering system.
This is being set up as we speak and will hopefully be live in a matter of days.
Our priority is to provide a fabulous service. We do everything we can to ensure that the prices and item details are correct but accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies, and reserve the right to alter prices without notification and to refund any orders which cannot be honoured or fulfilled.
What happens after I have ordered?
If you have ordered over the phone (or we have called you back after receiving an email) we will confirm details there and then. If you are ordering an item which is not in stock we will let you know the expected delivery date.
If you ordered via the website you will immediately receive a confirmation email from Protx. We receive notification at the same time and we will call or email you with delivery details.
If you have ordered cushions we will include a foam cushion inner unless you request otherwise.
What happens to my details after I have ordered?
We take every effort to treat your personal details as securely as we can.
We charge £5.95 per delivery to cover the cost of postage and packaging to locations within the UK. We reserve the right to amend this according to the size of order and the location of the delivery. We will contact you if this is the case before we dispatch.
We deliver using the Post Office’s Standard Parcels service and a commercial courier for larger items. If you wish us to use the Post Office’s Recorded Delivery or Registered services, please contact us and we will arrange this and add the cost to your order. Also if you wish us to insure your delivery please advise.
If you have any problems with your delivery we ask that you contact us within 7 working days from the time you receive your goods.
We will attempt to arrange delivery of your purchases as soon as we can – if we hold the items in stock we will despatch them within a couple of working days. Please note that orders or items not currently held in our stock are dispatched to us as quickly as possible. In the cases of some of our larger items or those specifically ordered from our overseas distributors, we are informed that this may take up to 28 days, although they do aim to be a lot quicker than this.
We will call you or keep you informed via email or telephone if there is any problem with your order.
We will happily deliver to outside of the UK but please contact us to check costs.
Every item leaving our shop is quality checked and we retain proof of posting.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and highly recommend that you insure your package.
I’ve changed my mind. Can I return an item?
Lily Blue is a small shop and we are not able to operate a returns policy across all of our products.
If you are not happy with your purchases from Lily Blue we want you to contact us.
On a case by case basis we will consider returns although please note that this must be agreed prior to the purchase and Lily Blue retains the right to decide accordingly.
In the event that an agreed return is actioned, the goods must be returned in original packing, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all labels intact. If this is not the case we reserve the right not to accept the return.
Only the owner of Lily Blue has the authority to agree to accept a return. Please make a note of who you speak to and you will receive a call back from the shop’s owner to confirm the details.
Lily Blue will retain your name and contact details and will not share this information with any third party. We will destroy any financial details we hold as will Protx.
We would however like to contact you about special offers or Lily Blue news.
If you do not wish to receive this communication from us please email us, telephone us or drop into the shop and we will immediately destroy your records on our database.
However, if we promise not to bombard you with messages, we hope you will allow us get in touch every now and then with news we think might interest you.
